Mental Health California™ and Blue Shield of California’s BlueSky initiative present The Pod@7: A Youth Mental Health Awareness Webinar Series on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. (PST). The Pod@7 creates a safe space where youth—ages 16 to 26—gain valuable insights about mental health and substance use prevention, with support from peer leaders and clinical experts. Each hour-long session is fast-paced, visually engaging, and provides fun activities and exciting giveaways, ensuring an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Each participant receives a $50.00 gift card per session, and youth can take our short survey to share feedback. The Pod@7 is an Into the Classroom Student Mental Health Awareness Multimedia Series production.

Open to all youth ages 16 to 26, The Pod@7 is an engaging series aiming to provide vital information, education, and support in an accessible and inclusive format. The series explores a range of essential topics, including stress management, healthy coping mechanisms, anxiety, depression, dealing with trauma, and holistic healing pathways, among other topics. Participants gain insights and strategies on effective ways to navigate the pressures of life. In addition to mental health topics, the series offers comprehensive substance use prevention education. Youth learn about the affects of marijuana on the developing brain, the dangers of alcohol, and the deadly consequences of substances like fentanyl, cocaine, and heroin.
